Call Transfer on Grandstream GXW-4008 and HT-502 Gateways

Attended transfer

Let's say that you are talking with a subscriber and want to transfer the call to another subscriber, having first talked with them.

1. Press FLASH on your analog phone and you will hear a tone.
2. Dial the other party's number and press # (or just wait 4 seconds).
3. The other party will answer your call. Talk to them and simply hang up to connect the two subscribers.
4. If the other party does not answer, simply click FLASH and you will continue communicating with the subscriber.

Blind transfer

Let's say that you are talking with a subscriber and want to transfer the call to another subscriber.

1. Press FLASH on your analog phone and you will hear a tone.
2. Dial *87, then dial the other party's number and press # (or just wait 4 seconds).
3. After you hear a signal confirming the transfer just hang up.
