You can configure which employees will receive the notifications. To set up notifications via email and SMS, you can either specify an employee or a custom phone number or email.
To configure notifications in Telegram, specify an employee who will receive the notifications. For each such employee, a special link will be generated. The employee should follow the link and initiate the cloud PBX information bot.
