Pipedrive and Cloud PBX Integration Possibilities

1. In your Cloud PBX, go to the Settings section and open the CRM Integration menu. Find the Pipedrive widget, click Connect and follow the instructions.

Please note

To set up the integration, you need to have admin rights in Pipedrive.

2. Click the Connect button in the instructions. This will open the Pipedrive interface.

3. Log in to your Pipedrive account.

4. A list of permissions required for the integration to work will open. Cloud PBX requests access to basic information about users authorized in Pipedrive, deals, activities, contacts, leads, account administration, the ability to listen to call recordings, information about user rights, etc.

Scroll to the bottom of the list. To allow Cloud PBX access to Pipedrive and install the integration, click the Allow and Install button.

The Pipedrive integration settings will open.

5. Match Cloud PBX and Pipedrive employees.

This is necessary so that systems can uniquely identify employees and related events. By default, Pipedrive will only show calls from matched users.

Please note

At step 6, in the Other section, you will be able to set up the display of calls for unmatched users.

In the Pipedrive integration settings in Cloud PBX, go to the Match users section.

Click Match automatically to have the system match employees if they have the same email, first and last name in the CRM and Cloud PBX.

If there were errors with the automatic matching, or if not all the employees were matched, match them manually.

For each Pipedrive user, select their Cloud PBX profile from the drop-down menu.

Click Apply.

Please note

If you add new employees in the future, don’t forget to match their Cloud PBX and Pipedrive profiles in the integration settings in the Cloud PBX interface.

6. Set up Integration Scenarios.

You can set up integration scenarios separately for incoming and outgoing calls:

You can set up what to do with the call history of the Cloud PBX employees who are not added to Pipedrive. You can save their call history on behalf of any matched user.

This option is suitable for employees who do not work with Pipedrive but make calls to customers (an accountant, a courier, etc.).

Enable the setting, select the responsible employee from the list and click Apply.

7. Make sure the scenarios are set up correctly. Click Save.

Once you have set up all the necessary scenarios, start using the Pipedrive and Cloud PBX Integration.
