Callback Widget

Callback Widget is a button that makes it even easier to become your customer. Your website visitor does not need to perform any extra actions — leaving their phone number is just enough. Your sales managers will do the rest of the work.

The callback button works to ensure that as many website visitors as possible become your customers.

The widget that looks like a telephone receiver is located in the lower right corner of the website. Such a minimalistic widget does not irritate visitors, but reminds them that your employees are ready to answer all their questions any moment.

A website visitor will see the callback widget regardless of the device used to access your website — a computer or a smartphone.

What Happens When Clicking the Widget?

1. A call request window appears informing the customer that your employee will call them back for free within 26 seconds. The only effort required from the customer is to enter their phone number correctly.

2. After the customer types in their phone number and presses the CALL ME button, Cloud PBX will call your employee.

3. As soon as the employee responds, the robot informs them that the customer requested a callback from the website, and Cloud PBX automatically calls the customer back.

4. The employee answers questions, handles objections, satisfies the customer’s needs and makes a sale.


Most customers don't like having to:

  • pay for a call,
  • listen to the IVR,
  • wait for an operator to respond.

For such customers the callback widget is the most convenient way to contact your company quickly and free of charge.
