====== Call Interception ======

If your colleague can't answer a call, intercept it. On your IP phone or softphone, dial the following:

  *<label type="info">***63**</label>. Intercept any call in your department. If there are multiple calls, a random call will be intercepted. This is convenient if the company or department has few employees and incoming calls.

  *<label type="info">***6 (extension number)**</label>. Intercept a call from a specific number. For example, if a call comes in for an employee with extension number 701 but they are not available, dial *6701 and transfer the call to yourself, dial <label type="info">*6701</label>, and transfer the call to yourself.
