Excluding Departments From Kommo Integration

If not all departments of your company work with Kommo, you can exclude these departments from the integration to prevent unnecessary leads from being created in the system. For example, if a customer calls the accounting department, no lead will be created in the CRM.

1. Enable the setting in the For all scenarios section.

2. In the Do not create entries in the unsorted, leads, contacts and tasks section, choose To selected departments. In the dropdown list, choose the required department.

3. Click Apply. The list of exclusions will appear in the setting description.

4. Click Save at the bottom of the general integration settings.

Please note

If you have set up department exclusions for calls from existing customers, new call entries will be added to already created leads for these customers.
